Orders and Shipping Cost
You can now order from Yves Rocher from the comfort of your home. If you wish to purchase any of our products online, you can order via the Yves Rocher E-catalogue.
Follow the below steps to place an order successfully via the E-catalogue: –
- From the top navigation menu of our website click on “Order”. This will re-direct you to the Yves Rocher E-catalogue.
- Select your preferred products and click on the basket icon to add the products.
- It’s time to check out, click on the basket icon on the top right of the page to see your order and click on “WhatsApp Checkout.”
- You will be redirected to a WhatsApp conversation with our Beauty Advisor who will help you with questions related to the products selected and a smooth checkout.
We accept Credit Card and Cash on Delivery orders. If you choose to pay via credit card, our Beauty Advisor will process your order and send you a payment link securely through WhatsApp or Email, to make a payment. Please note the payment needs to be made within 2 hours. Upon payment confirmation, the Beauty Advisor will prepare your order for dispatch.
For COD orders, cash will be collected by our courier representative at the time of the order being delivered.
Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with us! Our online orders begin at a minimum value of AED 100 and enjoy free shipping for orders above AED 100.
Once your order is confirmed, our endeavor is to deliver it to you as soon as possible. As a normal process, your order is delivered within 3 to 4 business days. For more remote areas, up to 10 business days are required for you to receive your order.
Our shipping services is available only across UAE.
If you have received a damaged product, or if a wrong product was delivered or if you just changed your mind, do not worry, you can return, refund, or exchange your product by visiting the nearest Yves Store. It is important for the customer to present the AWB and original bill receipt for a successful exchange, return or refund. In the case of discounted products, returns, refunds and exchanges can take place within 7 days of purchase.
In the case of non-discounted products, returns, refunds and exchanges can take place within 30 days of purchase.
Please note a used or opened product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Since 1989, Yves Rocher has decided to stop testing on animals and to pursue other methods to ensure the quality of their products. In general, the brand refuses any raw material of animal origin (except for beeswax).
We are committed to offering a wide range of vegan products, and most of our products are vegan. The few ones that do not contain beeswax, which is a secretion of honeybees.
