Terms and Conditions of Green Club Loyalty Program.
Green Club Loyalty Program Club Terms and Conditions – Valid from 17th Jan 2025.
Welcome to the Green Club loyalty programme operated by operated by Al Shamsi Holding LLC and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “our”, “we”, “us” or “Al Shamsi”) as the franchisee, in the United Arab Emirates.
This Loyalty Program enables Yves Rocher UAE loyalty members to earn points on purchases made at Yves Rocher stores, granting them access to exclusive offers and promotions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By joining and participating in the program, you agree to be bound by the below terms.
- All members of the programme must be resident in the UAE and aged 18 years or over.If the customer is under the age of 18 or is considered a minor, written authorization from a parent or legal guardian is required prior to registration.
- To enroll in the program, you must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number. It is your responsibility to ensure that Yves Rocher UAE has your updated contact information. Yves Rocher UAE will not be liable for any loss of points or rewards resulting from outdated or incorrect details.
- A customer can register for the Yves Rocher Green Club either in-store at any Yves Rocher outlet in the UAE or online via our microsite.
- Each member is allowed only one program account. Yves Rocher UAE reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close any duplicate accounts at its discretion.
- The Green Club Loyalty Program, including the account, card, rewards, and points in any form, are issued by and remain the property of Yves Rocher UAE.
- The Green Club Loyalty Program, including the account, rewards, and points, are valid exclusively for purchases made at Yves Rocher outlets in the UAE.
- At present, rewards are not applicable to transactions made through the e-catalogue.
- You can earn points and redeem your rewards at any Yves Rocher outlet in the UAE, except in the following scenarios:-
- Under no circumstances can any offer voucher be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- You must provide the phone number/email address associated with your Green Club account or reference your account number when earning points or redeeming rewards.
- Occasionally, we may request proof of your identity to verify that the account is not being used fraudulently or in violation of the terms and conditions, and to confirm the identity of the person using the account.
- Program accounts, cards, points, and rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged in any manner.
- You can view your points and rewards either in-store or by logging into your customer account at https://qa.adelya.com/Adelyaview/g6519721328/signup/Yves-Rocher-UAE.html?lang=en.
- Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of your last purchase. A member who has not transacted within a 12-month period will be deemed by the Programme as 'Inactive’ or ‘Passive’.
- 1 AED = 1 POINT. For every AED 1 spent in a transaction using your account at Yves Rocher, you will earn 1 loyalty point.
- Points and rewards will be credited to your account immediately after they are earned.
- The Green Club Program consists of three levels. Upon reaching any level at 350, 600, or 1000 points, two rewards will be generated. However, customers can select only ONE reward. Once a reward is redeemed, the other will automatically be removed.
- Multiple rewards and offers may be active on an account simultaneously. However, customers can redeem only any ONE reward or private offer per purchase/transaction. Other rewards will remain active, provided they are not from the same loyalty level.
- All loyalty rewards are valid for 60 days from the date they are activated, unless otherwise indicated.
- Unless stated otherwise, points can be earned on all purchases except for gift cards, delivery charges, and carrier bags.
- Your entire points balance will expire after 12 months of inactivity in the program or since your last purchase at Yves Rocher. Inactivity is defined as the absence of any transactions or activities involving points on your account, such as earning points or redeeming rewards. Note that the expiry of points does not count as account activity.
- Each reward can only be used once for partial or full payment of products. Any remaining value from a partially used reward will not be refunded.
- Loyalty rewards/offers/discounts can be combined with other in-store/public promotions, offers, or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
- On the same bill, when combining an in-store/public offer or discount with loyalty rewards/offers,the customer is allowed to use ONLY one LOYALTY REWARD/OFFER in the same transaction, unless otherwise specified.
- To avail a FREE GIFT offer as part of their loyalty rewards, it is important thatcustomer need to make a valid purchase.
- Unless otherwise specified, loyalty rewards/offers/discounts can be used to purchase ONLY FULL PRICE/NON-DISCOUNTED products from Yves Rocher products.
During the sales period such as Super Sale (May), End of Season Sale (July and January) and Black Friday (November), the customer is eligible to only redeem their welcome offer or birthday offer on non-discounted products, unless otherwise specified.
- Customers are eligible for an exchange only on purchases linked to the Green Club Program (including, but not limited to, the use of loyalty rewards and discounts) within 7 days of purchase. At this time, no refunds will be allowed for any purchases linked to the Green Club Program. For example, if a customer has redeemed loyalty rewards during a purchase at any Yves Rocher outlet, they will only be eligible for an exchange (within 7 days of purchase). The purchased products cannot be returned or refunded.
- In order to be eligible for an exchange, It is important for the customer to show, their original bill receipt across any Yves Rocher stores.
- Yves Rocher UAE reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program under the following circumstances:
- if Yves Rocher UAE determines that your account usage is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful;
- if your behavior related to the program or Yves Rocher UAE involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive actions, or providing false or misleading information; or
- if there is any breach of these terms and conditions.
- The terms and conditions of the program, member benefits, FAQs, and any other program descriptions are subject to change at any time.
- Yves Rocher UAE also reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel the program at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the program or its terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Yves Rocher microsite and Green Club Customer Space.
- We will use your personal information to manage your program membership, conduct sales and marketing analysis, and personalize your marketing experience (where applicable). Yves Rocher UAE may occasionally share this data with the Yves Rocher Global team and its affiliate partners for the purposes outlined above.
- If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, we will periodically contact you with updates on our products, promotions, special offers, and general information about Yves Rocher UAE. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing emails or by logging into the Green Club customer space online.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
