www.yves-rocher.ae (the “Website” is operated by Al Shamsi Holding LLC and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (together “our”, “we”, “us” or “Al Shamsi”) as the franchisee, in the United Arab Emirates.
Al Shamsi Holding LLC is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with commercial license number 528397 and its registered office at P.O. Box 40020, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Website Terms
Please read these Terms and any other terms of use posted on the Website as together they form our Website Terms governing your utilisation of our Website and Website services. We may change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the Website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates. When you place an Order through our website you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Website Terms then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.
Eligibility
We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter binding Orders with us. In addition, we can currently only deliver Orders processed through this Website to the United Arab Emirates. Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal use or as a gift only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline Orders where we suspect commercial usage.
Al Shamsi Holdings reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without notice and you therefore agree to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions to keep yourself informed of their content. Contests and Events
This Site may, from time to time, contain contests to which you may enter in-store, via this Site or via a social media platform administered by Yves Rocher. Each contest is governed by its own contest rules, which you must read and agree to before you may enter, and by the applicable laws.
You may be invited or asked to attend events sponsored by Yves Rocher or held by a third-party (collectively, “Events”). Your participation in any such Events is at your own risk and you acknowledge that Yves Rocher disclaim any liability related to your attending to, or your participation in any activities available at the Events.

We welcome any product reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, information, ideas, opinions or other content of a similar nature that you provide or post on our Site (“User Content“), subject to the Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that Yves Rocher expressly disclaims any responsibility regarding any User Content. You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold Yves Rocher and Al Shamsi Holdings of any person acting on its behalf harmless from any liability related in any way with the User Content.
Subject to our Privacy Policy, all User Content will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. All User Content is entirely voluntary and reflects only the opinion of the person who submitted it and does not necessarily reflect the views of Yves Rocher. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to use or not such User Content, without any obligation on our part.
Prohibition to sell out of networks
Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial purposes only and are solely intended to be sold through the distribution networks of Yves Rocher. Consequently, any sale, purchase, distribution or prize giving of our products with the purpose of reselling outside of Yves Rocher’s networks, namely, but not limited, through any websites, are forbidden. In addition to damage or claim that we may have for an infringement of our trademark, the integrity of our products or any other intellectual property right, any breach of this paragraph may be such as to engage the civil and, where appropriate, criminal liability of its author(s).
